The man is not a representation of Saatchi but a personification of Saatchi's financial following, each artist Saatchi decides to invest in, instantly becomes an art star, their work too; The Emperors New Clothes syndrome but only loosely because i don't think Saatchi's intentions towards art are ill like the Tailor (he is not out to fool anybody), his opinion is regarded as law and will make any artist.
